Demetrius Saylor is a competitor on Survivor: Cote D'Ivoire, Survivor: Crusades, Survivor: Bloodlines, and Survivor: Champions.
On Survivor: Cote D'Ivoire, Demetrius began the game by being exiled from the shelter from the others on the first merged Tribe, which ultimately led to him forming the "Exile Alliance" with fellow competitors Clarissa Curtin, Jacqueline Simmons, Samantha Warren, and Teresa Henderson. Using his strategic ability, he was able to get most of his alliance through to the jury stage of the game, where he was seen as the hero of the season and an ultimate threat to win, leading to him being blindsided by his own alliance.
In Survivor: Crusades, Demetrius found himself in the minority alliance on Igualapa, which ultimately led to his downfall after he began ignoring fellow Tribe member Stephen Hubbard. Because of this, Stephen used the fact that he was ignored and exiled in his first season to get others to vote him out, leading to him being the third person voted out of the season.
Demetrius returned to Survivor: Bloodlines with his daughter, Makayla Saylor. He found himself in the majority alliance this time around, but was quickly blindsided after Tabitha Maldonado and Jessie Mannings flipped against him to vote him out. On Redemption Island, Demetrius spent his time getting to know Cordelia Aiello and bonded with her. He ultimately made it to the final duel, where he was eliminated after begging Cordelia to let him stay in the game, which failed.
Demetrius played for a fourth time in Survivor: Champions. He joined the game as a part of the Strengths Tribe on Shoubak. After losing the second challenge, Demetrius was outed to be a part of a pre-game alliance with Woo-Shi Mason and Garland Youngblood. After losing Garland in a tie, Demetrius found himself voted out pre-merge again because of his scheming before the game even began, giving him one of the worst averages in Survivor history.
Despite playing four times, Demetrius holds the distinction of being the only four-time returnee to be eliminated pre-jury three out of the four times he has played.
